| Ping Plotter 2.41
This is a network troubleshooting and diagnostic tool. It uses
a combination of traceroute, ping and whois to collect data quickly,
and then allows you to collect data over time to give you the information
you really need to identify problems. We've also included a PDF
tutorial file to get you started.
